- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have several rental properties and loans with a few banks. Citizens National Bank has one of my loans and they are the most difficult to deal with, they are not able to set up auto pay because I do not have an account with them and a payment was made that was $14 short because of a fee and my credit was hit with a 30 day late even though the mortgage payment was made. I was told that the 30 day late would be removed but now I cannot get a returned call or email from Lori Painter who said she would take care of it. Choose another bank that will get you better rates and that will value as a customer.By Ben Larbus, May 18, 2017
